As dogs age their metabolism rate lowers and physical activity is decreased making them more prone to obesity. Having extra weight means more stress for the joints. A food with above average protein levels with a low-fat content and low calories is preferable. Glucosamine and chondroitin are also needed to support their joints which may already be inflamed from arthritis or hip dysplasia. Dehydrated turkey protein (20%), dried potato flakes, fresh deboned salmon (15%), sweet potatoes, peas, split peas, hydrolyzed animal protein (5%), lignocellulose, flax seed, dried beet pulp, minerals, dried brewer’s yeast, dried chicory (a natural source of FOS and inulin), salmon oil (0,5%), MOS & beta – glucans, dried broccoli, dried spinach, dried tomatoes, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, glucosamine hydrochloride (100 mg/kg), chondroitin sulfate (100 mg/kg), plant extracts (Yucca schidigera, Rosemarinus sp, Vitis sp, Curcuma sp, Citrus sp, Eugenia sp).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROPER USE:
The product should be given dry. The dog should always have fresh water available. Store in cool and dry place. Use preferably before the Best Before Date which is printed on the packaging. Please ensure the pack is properly closed after opening.
